Does it really matter?

At work, what matters you the most? The salary you are getting? The people you are working with? The bosses you are working for? Or simply just the pass time is the reason you are at work?

There's no doubt that everyone works to earn a living. Everyone has to work hard to earn money to feed themselves, the family, the wife, the kids.. But other than this, dont you think the people you are working with is the last thing you wanna lose?

Accept the reality! There are people will never click with each other! Im one of them. Im one of the person that might not be able to click with a certain people in the group. But on the other hand, I can click with the remaining team members that I have been seeing them day in and day out, night in and night out. What happens if they hate me? What happens if they anti me?

Its alright, its okay. You do not have to feel sorry. You did your part. You did your role. You achieved the outcome you want. There you are! No U turn, No turnback!

Look forward in life. There are more things to achieve, other than the crappy performance feedback that I can get from you.
